Due to high cost of production and shipping we ask you to make sure that your order is final.

We always make sure that you receive the product(s) you purchased and will keep you updated with your order status and tracking number when available.
If by any mischance your product is damaged during shipping, please let us know with 2 days after reception, by emailing us with photos (product and package) and describe the damage.
We would send a new book to you or reproduce the print if damaged and resend it to you at no cost if the above steps are followed.
